Today Cioffi 's delicious food lost a couple of customers. Multiple times we have had issues with the food, getting the wrong order, or the price and then things have to be corrected. Today, for the last time, not only they screwed my order, but the cashier, the older Latino guy, was excessively rude, to the point that, while the manager was apologizing, he told me in Spanish ya párale , which means stop . I will take my business to other establishment where employees are a bit more professional and friendlier.
Visited with a local Springfield friend from the UK, the owner was extremely lovely and very hospitable. Food was wonderful very fresh and authentic. Took amazing care of us with a wonderful Espresso and treat to finish. (Jerry Kathy says thank you again and see you next time
The chicken wings were generic with a small cup of hot sauce and no blue cheese. When I called they said thats how they do it. They should revise their menu. The pizza is good but forget the wings.
The best Italian food in the county Union. I highly recommend this place all fresh and made to order.
