Civico 14 is not a restaurant that you bump into while walking downtown San Sebastian. You have to look for it, you have to know it from its exclusiveness; and that 's what we did with a couple of friends... 2 nights in a row, during a long weekend in Donostia. We wandered in on a Friday night, and were immediately greeted by the friendly staff and incredible aroma of fresh pasta. In my third visit to the Civic14 the same sensations were repeated as in the previous occasions: correct treatment and exceptional dishes. It is not an Italian restaurant, like those in which an endless ristra of pasta dishes, risotto and pizzas accumulate. Another positive aspect of your kitchen is that you change the menu periodically. Right!
Une cuisine simple mais efficace.
