Civico 14 is not a restaurant that you bump into while walking downtown San Sebastian. You have to look for it, you have to know it from its exclusiveness; and that 's what we did with a couple of friends... 2 nights in a row, during a long weekend in Donostia. We wandered in on a Friday night, and were immediately greeted by the friendly staff and incredible aroma of fresh pasta.
