First time here as a grandparent, with grandkids from here and interstate. Parking was at a premium, but not that bad. It was very busy. I loved it. A wonderful early Sunday evening dinner, watching all the children enjoying the playing field adjoining Clancys ... kicking balls, climbing trees, running around and generally having great fun. We were blessed with our WA weather. Our Kids enjoyed fish and chips, we had squid and chips, Korean chicken and, as we all enjoy a ‘chili ‘ hit we adults ordered the fried mice. We loved them! Truly delivered the hit we all wanted. Each bite kept giving and giving. We loved it. Staff were attentive and lovely. An enjoyable evening, to be sure, to be sure...
I am surprised by previous reviews after I met friends here for my first ever visit. They have 3 young boys with very healthy appetites!!! I had the salt and pepper squid and although I didn't taste much salt and pepper it was fresh and tasty and a very ample serving. Everyone finished their meals but I actually had to leave some, it was so filling. Atmosphere was lovely and staff were friendly. I will definitely return� Also impressed with responses to poor ratings as it shows management cares about customers.
Came for Mothers Day with my family and had a great meal. Chilli muscles in that amazing tomato sauce, best I've had in years. Service was great, even though it was busy, food came out in a real reasonable time. We'll be back for sure, no complaints apart from that my daughter tried chilli muscles for the first time and loved them so decided to polish my meal off for me .
Great place for a beer, a feed and to catch some high quality live music. The best of local, national and international acts. Clancys are massive supporters of local muSicians and do so much for the Wa music scene. One of the best family pubs around with a huge open grasses area out the back too.

Clangas is a must if you visit Freo, A fish pub with local boutique beers.and always great live local music I found the nicest Temprinello there that ive ever tasted, west cape howe to be precise.. Vale fish people youv3 got a great formula
Sunday night was fabulous food staff and the music was excellent this is a must on a Sunday Night great way to finish off a weekend Clany's Freo is now our favourite local warm friendly and the seafood chowder yumm
This place is agreat place for Beers and get together with friends and family and good seafood, we love it
I would recommend the place if you are in the mood for amazing food,chilled music and friendly staff
