Orders through just eat and the deliver time was an hour and ten minutes. After this time the app updated to say the food had been delivered but nothing had arrived. I rang direct and was told that the order had been lost in the kitchen and hadn't even been processed. Promised it would be delivered within half an hour. I rang again 45 minutes later and was told it was on the way. Order didn't arrive until a further 25 minutes later. Driver was apologetic and said a driver had broken down. Might have been believable if it hadn't been for the initial mistake with the order and the 2 hour delay. The food at this restaurant was excellent, however, I had a problem with the delivery driver. Instead of bringing my food inside the building, he left it outside on the pavement. I had an asthma attack shortly after placing my order and asked the driver, over the intercom, to bring the food inside as I needed a few minutes to get downstairs. We placed our order at 6:28 pm and were told it would take about an hour for delivery. After waiting for 75 minutes, we contacted the restaurant and were informed that the food would be another 10 to 15 minutes. After an additional 30 minutes, I was about to call ChefOnline to complain when the order finally arrived. The delivery person did not wear a mask, abruptly handed me the food at the door, and left without offering any apology or explanation. When I questioned him about this, he replied rudely, saying that I was on the phone. I explained that I was on the phone to complain, and he became verbally aggressive. The food was average, but not very warm.
I am not sure where to begin... I ordered a chicken Madras Curry, Mushroom rice, and Naan for delivery, and I have to say it was not good. The Naan was soggy, the Mushroom rice was greasy, and the Madras sauce had a powdery texture. I have had Indian takeaways from all over Coventry and even all over Britain, and this was one of the worst I have ever had, only second to The Hollybush in Holbrooks, which gave me food poisoning. Hopefully, that won't happen this time.

Took over two and a half hours for a delivery after calling the restaurant twice asking where it is i got a male who could not apologise and kept repeating i will give you something for free then put phone down. The free thing was a bottle of tango laughable. When the food arrived it was cold the pakoras were badly burnt and the naan bread was like rubber avoid at all cost would not serve there food to an animal.
Do not touch this place . Waited for nearly two hours for my delivery. Shocking customer service lied to on phone after receiving a text to say my order on way and 34 minute still not arrived. The food eventually arrived cold and nothing better than a cheap supermarket value ready meal. Save your money folks and stay away from this abysmal restaurant
waited 2 hours to be told our order was 5 mins away, waited a further 15 mins to then be told we had to wait another hour!! cancelled order to then be told thank you that's a relief saves us a job we didn't want will never use again. now ive got to make sure they don,t take payment for a order we never got. attitude on the phone was shocking
Ordered lamb curry got chicken curry when I advised them on phone about my delivery in fairness they apologised, the next next time you order maybe we can help, I said there won't be a next time

My only go to Indian take away in Coventry. The duck korma is fantastic and service is always fast and efficient.
Great food and not had a problem with service. I would say this is my second favourite indian in coventry!
