I first would like to say the food was well seasoned which is why they received 5 stars on the food portion however, on the flip side the service was extremely low. My cousin made reservations for 1pm for her birthday brunch for a party of four. It took the kitchen 3.0 hrs to bring out our food. My cousin and I and her guest was not served until 4pm. We requested for the manager to come out and speak to us and on two different occasions he had his assistant manager and the waitress to come and speak with us. The manager eventually offered a 10% discount which came out to be around $2-4 off our bill after waiting 3.0 hrs for food. Once our food came out our food was delivered one by one which...
Wow!!! Cleo is the place to be! First let me say a big thank you to Chris and his waitstaff! They were everything! I was planning a gathering for my husband?s 40th birthday and wanted a BOB that was elegant and the food/drinks were on point. Ivisited Cleo?s about 2 months ago with a friend and boy as soon as I heard the DJ playing and tried their lollipop wings andsliders, I knew this was the perfect place. I contacted Chris and he got right now it! He was so professional and really madethis event very special for my husband. If you are looking for the perfect BOB that has great food, great music and a niceambiance, then you must come to Cleo?s Lounge! I will definitely be coming here again!...
I visited from Chicago this past weekend and my sister brought me here after church for brunch. The food was absolutely delicious, Im glad we chose this location. I've never had fried shrimp and grits and they were to die for. Our waitress Aneissa offered great customer service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit back to Texas. My wife and I are In town spending time with our daughter for Easter Weekend. 2nd time visiting H-Town. She has taken us to visit some great spots in H-Town and Cleo 's ranks as one that we will be back to visit. It has that Vibe LOL, according to ourdaughter. Great spot for Easter Brunch. Kiara provided great service. C-Note delivered some great Gospel and Jazz music. Thefood was fabulous, definitely on point! Next time we 're visiting H-Town, definitely on out visit again list. The review about the food is true. I tried different dishes. I came with about 6 other people so we all got something different. Everything we ordered was nasty. The name on the menu is not egg rolls but that's what they look like. The egg rolls were thenastiest. SAVE YOUR MONEY EAT somewhere else, Positive note the DJ and vibe of the place was on point. The service was good.Very clean and cozy atmosphere. Drinks were good but a little pricey

So...we went in hungry and I forgot to take pictures of the food before we devoured it. It was my birthday and my sister and niece in law wanted to treat me. And boy was it a treat. I had the braised short rib and it was delicious. My sister loved themonte cristo. The home fries were awesome in all the dishes, seasoned and crunchy. The service was awesome, everyone looked likethey were having fun.
The food was delicious. Shrimp and grits were outstanding. Saxophonist performed beautifully for Sunday Brunch. Got to work on the service being a bit more attentive. Great atmosphere inside and out.
