would give them -1 stars if I could. ordered and waited 30 minutes for my order for wings and a burger. Then half an hour later they give me cold wings without burgerries or my drink. asking, they were rude and took another 20 minutes to give me my right order. They were more than busy, but the workers were all going to the back instead of working. Those who manage this chain must be fired. Would never come back.
My wings should be hot lemon peppers and spice on my frits. Make sure to check the order well. They told me they'd fix it if I came back. Well, I don't think they said I should have come back the next day, we can't help. Well, this place will not get my money again, check the order, I go to this place all the time to conveniently my fault.
Shamaire, the cashier was very nice a patient with me as I had no idea what to order. She described the different flavors and suggested I get a combo. I decided to dine in for my lunch break and the food was pretty good. The store was nice and clean and she even checked on me and offered to me more napkins. I will definitely be back!
I always had a pleasant experience with this Wingstop. But I just want to say on Super Bowl Sunday this is by far the best customer service, speed and quality. This was my first visit to this location, and I had a wonderful experience with both the food and the service. I didn't have to wait long for my meal, and it arrived fresh and hot. Amani, who took my order, was incredibly welcoming and had a smile on her face the entire time.
