First time trying this place out, kept hearing amazing things about it and was a little disappointed in the overall food quality and taste.... First let me say the portion size was actually impressive. I got the Smoked Chicken Loaded Baked Potato and it is HUGE, along with a pint of Mac N Cheese and a small banana pudding which all were, again, decent portions. Now, as for the quality and flavor, the food was a bit cold when it got here, but it happens when you have food delivered. Sunday, 2 PM: This place is extremely unclean and has tough, overcooked meats with poor service. I struggled to communicate my order to the cooks, as no one spoke English. The brisket and sausage were incredibly tough and unappetizing. The sausage casing was overly chewy, and the brisket tasted like it had been pre-sliced and left under a heat lamp for two days. The meat had a dry, grimy appearance as if it had been exposed to the air for too long. It seemed like they sliced it the night before and served us reheated leftovers.
