Killen's Steakhouse

We have visited Killen's on 4 occasions, but this time was not memorable. The Wagyu ribeye was disappointing and the shrimp cocktail only had 5 or 6 shrimp with a strange film on them. The other dishes we ordered were just average. The French Onion soup lacked salt and there was no salt or pepper on the table. The service was okay, but our server seemed inexperienced and there was a long wait between courses. We were not offered any bread. The bright lighting in the restaurant did not create a good ambiance. There also seemed to be a lack of a dress code enforcement. Overall, the experience was mediocre and overpriced. The steak is consistently excellent, regardless of the cut. Today, I decided to try the Gulf snapper, which was cooked perfectly. The sauce was thicker than I expected and not as overpowering as other dishes we have tried. We also ordered sautéed mushrooms as a side, but they were a bit too salty for our liking. However, the bread rolls served with butter were delicious. The carrot cake for dessert was exceptional. The restaurant offers a beautiful selection of wines, and the Bordeaux I chose was particularly delicious. The service was outstanding - our waiter and support staff made sure our glasses were always full and attended to our needs promptly.

This was our 2nd time here and our first time to bring our teenagers. They bothe loved it. The Mac and cheese is on point! I'm not a steak eater but both my husband and son got the wet aged ribeye medium rare and medium rare plus and I sampled both. Both cuts of meat were cooked to perfection and juicy. The chicken fried steak my daughter got was huge and on point! Definitely worth a night out treat.

I have been dining at this restaurant for 13 years and have never had a negative experience. Randy and the staff do an amazing job. If you have not yet tried it, you must. It's definitely worth it. Réservez une table maintenant

Had the crab cake and Lobster roll for an appetizer and they were Great. Ribeye , Au Gratin potatoes and lobster mac n cheese for our dinner and were wonderful. All in all the food was exceptional.

Amazing food and service! We dined in for lunch and the price per person was between $20-30. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5 rating.

Every course was outstanding! Between Michelle managing and Bailey’s service they made sure it was a special experience for my wife and our 8yr old son!
