Never going back. I came in with extreme tooth pain, sensitive to touch/air. The male dentist told me I had acid erosion and weakened enamel. He said worst case scenario we cap EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY TEETH after telling him I’ve used Sensodyne toothpaste my whole life and I’m still in pain. He said there was nothing I can do about weakened enamel and to come back in a month if my teeth still hurt so we could cap them. I don’t understand the fear mongering of giving someone a worse case scenario as their only option to dental care. I left balling my eyes out calling friends and family for advice. I ended up going to a natural holistic dentist as recommended to me. They actually took the time...
Now, coming out of Covid and like many others, Dr. Shapiro and Heights Dental Center are providing unmatched service. The staff is professional, diverse, and very friendly. The hygienist, Daphne, is the best I’ve ever had. She cleans my teeth without causing any pain, and when she was done, my teeth were actually 1-2 shades lighter! She’s even gotten me to floss regularly, which I definitely needed. Daphne communicates the importance of flossing in a respectful and informative way, treating you like an adult. I sincerely hope she stays at Heights Dental.

I have never written a review , but I really felt they deserve one. My back tooth cracked and I did the early morning drop in. I had an amazing experience. The front desk was so nice and professional. I was so scared and in pain. The Assistant was so nice and helpful. Dr. Shapiro was just amazing. He did not hurt me at all , explained everything he was gonna do and called to make sure I was ok . They are my new Dental Family . . I had a beautiful experience with a bad situation.
I visited from out of town and was impressed by the incredible variety of choices. Our server was a really nice guy—super funny and he created a welcoming atmosphere. We ordered the lychee, blood orange, and pomegranate margarita flight, and they were exceptional. The option to build your own margarita was a nice feature. My only complaint is that the black beans were overly salty. Overall, it was a fantastic place!

As always I have had a wonderful experience with the staff. Dr. Shapiro was magnificent as I already knew he would always be in filling both sides of my mouth. I must not forget Victoria's soothing technique which put me to sleep both visits. Soring I am shame to admit.lThank you to the ladies in the front office who were very professional and providing coffee for everyone to enjoy.
The first two appointments were satisfactory; however, my most recent experience was quite the opposite. It's essential for all information regarding coverage to be available before the patient arrives for a procedure. This lack of communication was unprofessional and unacceptable.
Great service and tacos. If you've never been they have a selection of tacos to chose from. If you know what you like you can create your own with tons of options. Ordering via paper form should be standard at all restaurants as it limits mistakes.Definitely going back.
Dr. Dang provided a thorough and informative experience, completing the cleaning efficiently without feeling rushed—his skill was evident. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly, and the entire staff made me feel welcome. I won't be visiting another dentist again!

My experience has always been great! Dr. Shapiro and his assistant Kay were so awesome! They made experience of having to get a tooth removed a great one and everything was greatly explained to me!
