Cleveland Heights Dental

I've been with Dr Shapiro since the 80's. It's because of him I still have an almost full set of teeth today. The 2, I loss...I loss before going to him. He saved the rest of my teeth by sending me to get a deep scale, from Dr Barry Sogoloff, like they don't give anymore. When I say deep scale...I mean DEEP scale: Splitting the gums, scraping and all. Presently, coming out of Covid and re-staffing like everyone else, Dr Shapiro, and the Heights Dental center provide service unmatched by anyone. The staff is professional, diverse and very personable. The hygienist, Daphne, is the best hygienist I've ever had to clean my teeth. She doesn't hurt and gave me the best cleaning I've ever had in my life. My teeth were actually 1-2 shades lighter, when she was done. She even has me flossing on a regular basis, like I should. She talks to you like you're an adult and impresses upon you in a non demeaning, scientific manner, the importance of flossing. I pray she never leaves. The receptionists are all very personable and friendly. It almost feels like a family at Heights Dental center. Just yesterday, Dr Shapiro filled the first cavity I've had in decades. His assistant, who's name I didn't catch, made me feel so at ease. Dr Shapiro, as always was very thorough, gentle and professional. Amy, who put the filling in, after Dr Shapiro had cleaned out the tooth, was at the top of her game. Very methodical, I could tell she had a total grasp of her job. I don't know what else I can say about Heights Dental, except they are ALL on top of their game, and make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. And yes, going to the dentist can be a pleasnt experience with a group of professionals like this. Thank you, Dr Shapiro, and the staff at Heights Dental Center! God-willing, see ya in December!

I have never written a review , but I really felt they deserve one. My back tooth cracked and I did the early morning drop in. I had an amazing experience. The front desk was so nice and professional. I was so scared and in pain. The Assistant was so nice and helpful. Dr. Shapiro was just amazing. He did not hurt me at all , explained everything he was gonna do and called to make sure I was ok . They are my new Dental Family . . I had a beautiful experience with a bad situation.

The first 2 appointments were satisfactory. My previous experience was the opposite. All information concerning coverage should be known before the patient actually comes in for a procedure. This was unprofessional and unacceptable.

the dentist was very professional and polite! she was also very tender, and the dentist was amazing that she constantly explains and comforts me, the whole procedure. I will always be a patient happy new year

My experience has always been great! Dr. Shapiro and his assistant Kay were so awesome! They made experience of having to get a tooth removed a great one and everything was greatly explained to me!
