The food here is very well cooked, the chips were lovely and the fish was nice. However, the size of the fish portion was ridiculous for £8. Not even close to being value for money in fact more or less daylight robbery. Also be prepared to wait a significant amount of time if you walk in, as you will be constantly shunted further and further down the queue of delivery drivers coming in and people who have pre ordered. But I had tasted good, but I won’t be back as I’d rather spend my money somewhere that I will get proper value
Dreadful experience: only wanted a portion of chips…20 minutes later still waiting for them. 9.30pm: seems that even a portion of chips is cooked to order (doesn’t take me this long at home! . Takeaway full of people: all waiting as they seemed to have nothing cooked not even chips. Very disorganised. Chips fine once I got them just NEVER had to wait so long for something so simple from a fish chip takeaway. Beware of going later in the evening!
we are currently working in this area where the choice for tasty eating is very good. Of course, on Fridays our fish on Fridays and local builders are we believe that there is no other place, well-cooked rugged chips prepared and cooked with scrumptious cod to perfection in a light but crispy teig served with mushy bsen. on a sunny day you can also sit outside and take in the pulsating clifton village scene.
Me and my partner called in to get something to eat. The man serving was very rude and ignorant and when we asked a question he ignored us leaving another customer to explain why we couldn't order what we wanted. He was very aggressive with the card reader leaving us feeling very awkward and confused. Will not be back here because of this terrible service.

my favorite fish chip shop in bristol. I buy my dinner from here 2-3 times in the month. Their fish and chips are always nicely cooked and crispy. I always buy her homemade tartaric acid sauce as extra tasty bites. they are also good value for the quality they offer.
Small portions, bland chips and awful service. Completely clueless about allergens in the food recipes Don't waste your time and go to a local pub if you're really looking for a good fish and chips.
Just got home with our takeaway, ordered cod and large chips. Sadly barely enough chips to constitute a regular portion let alone “large”. Really disappointing.

Took our order and didn’t make the food for over 30 minutes. Had to be reminded multiple times. Watched two rushes come and go.
The food is so good, I would recommend everybody to try the food out and it’s clean food and very nice and friendly staff
