My first visit to Clive’s may not be as positive as I had hoped but it is not preventing me from delivering a fair review. I appreciated the fact that our party of 6 was seated immediately to a large, socially distanced table in an area with a comfortable ambiance. And treated by a friendly staff I was ready for a beer and the server ran through the list of beers with a member of our party. I requested a non IPA craft beer as I was not in my home state and was unfamiliar with the local beers. The server simply repeated the list of available tap beers at a speed that left me only recognizing the words Coors Lite and Blue Moon. It's a fun environment and a good place to meet up with friends and drink. We've been twice and the food is just okay. My husband got the Reuben, had to ask for 1000 Island dressing and didn't care for it too much. I got the Cajun catfish special. The bun was huge for such a small filet. It was super spicy but the fish itself was good and cooked well. Their waffle fries are good, nothing special but good with the seasoned sour cream. We were there for over an hour with no refills, got the check without her asking if we wanted more drinks/dessert, so this time service wasn't spectacular, although she was nice and maybe just busy. Although the restaurant was packed on a Friday night for happy hour, we didn't wait long for a place on the bar, for drinks or for our food. if they are looking for a quiet evening meal, this is not the place, but I loved the open, airy design, as well as the mood and the living atmosphere. the personal had a great task to keep up with the steady stream of the guests. the happy hour eating speciality are good, but they only go from 3-5. the drink is specialized in 6 which is great. easy parking and cheap prices.
I broke into lunch. service was amazing. melodie m was our server and extremely friendly and in constant communication with us about how our meal was and when the can was eating. it was certain that everything was to our joy and ready to correct if it wasn't. we wanted to get that **** until she proposed the mini donuts. they were fresh and unlisted. not too much sugar and they were light and fluffy. definitely recommend this place for the atmosphere and the service.

We visited for a casual Saturday night dinner around 6:30 and were pleasantly surprised to find some tables available, despite not having a reservation. The food was excellent and arrived surprisingly quickly for a busy evening. Our waitress was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. They also provided crayons and had a popcorn machine, which kept our toddler entertained while we waited for our meals. We will definitely be returning!
During my visit to this restaurant, both the food and service were outstanding. I ordered the hot club sub, which was delicious. The waitress was very friendly, and my food came out quickly. The next day, I returned to place a takeout order, and the process was both fast and convenient. I look forward to coming back in the future to explore more of the menu!
The waffle fries with spiced sour cream were exceptional. Everything else was good, but not noteworthy. We were able to find a spot up in a corner away from any speakers, so we could enjoyably chat. Wow! What a fantastic restaurant! The burgers are cooked to perfection. The chicken wild rice soup was incredible! Everything else we saw being served around us looked amazing as well!
