We visited club 2000 after long time, food was absolutely awful, ordered our starters crispy bhajhia, these had no taste, and weren't crispy at all. Chilli paneer again no taste just been tossed in lots of soya sauce, didn't taste anything like what a chilli paneer should taste like. Mains we ordered daal makhani, this had lots and lots of salt, we sent it back once came back again no difference. Pilau rice, had before lots of times at several restaurants. Firstly, the only positive, the food was not too bad... although there are plenty of places nearby with much better food... But, the deciding factor for this review is because I have never, ever experienced service so terrible before. There was only a couple of wait staff who understood the issues, the rest didn’t seem to give a toss. Starters were ordered but never arrived, as were drinks. This was pointed out to the staff who didn’t care. Main course took nearly an hour to arrive, without any reason whatsoever. Ordered Butter chicken as one of the dish for collection. Unfortunately the so called Butter chicken according to Club 2000) wasn’t even close to the awesome Butter chicken dish most of the Indians know. The dish served by this restaurant was boiled cubes of chicken drenched in some similar looking sweet orange sauce . When enquired about it the response was …. This dish is normally cooked for kids …. And hence the mild taste …… as a restaurant they should have known how butter chicken is cooked …..
Tasty food, good service, which is a positive change from last two times I visited. However, portions have shrunk and prices have gone up quite a bit. Example. The naans are tiny but expensive. Compare to most other restaurants where the naans are three times the size. Tried to give polite, professional advice, owner was not interested. It would actually cost almost nothing to double the size of the naans.......

We went there after several years and tried several vegetarian dishes, starters and mains. All of the food arrived in good time and was well presented. We would recommend bateta wada starters and bindi okra for mains, the nan was soft and super too. Plenty of Gujarati food options. Service was friendly.Good portions and good value for money. Happy to go back there fir sure!
hi we went to Club 2000 11th February to celebrate my mum's birthday there were eleven of us as family would just like to say the food was great but the service was 5 star a big thank you to all the waiter/waitresses who were always there to help with a smiling face, especially Krupa and Nidhi thank you
I enjoyed the food service was very good and staff were interactive with us in a good way but the butter chicken wasn’t the best as in my opinion the chicken was bland and the sauce tasted like tangy tomato soup
Food prices extortion. £1.00 for a few onions on burger £1.90 for burger no bun ... I visited another bingo club . Half roast chicken chips £3.90 not £6.00 what I paid for a tough cheap burger

Great tasting food, reasonably priced and an eatery I would visit again without hesitation. Friendly staff and the food came within a reasonable time.
Good dependable food, beware it is spicy (although not for hubby). Regardless it is tasty. Always busy and lively.
