Cobalt Smoke Sea

The restaurant looked very nice with all the Christmas decorations. The ambiance was energetic and friendly. Our server, sorry, forget her name, was pleasant and professional. I had halibut which was delicious, perfectly cooked. The carrot cake was very good. The menu is somewhat limited, but enough good choices. We will go back!

Cobalt doesn’t disappoint. Everytime I’ve dined there, I always get something really delicious. I tried the espresso pork with polenta and instead of the brussels I sub’d for mushrooms. The pork was very tender. The Tropical Sangria was very good as well.

Missouri Harvest Salad/Duck Foie for me. Lobster pot pie for Lynn. Another great dinner at Cobalt!! What a fun night with a really awesome friends!! Thank you Eric Drewett and Sheri! Always take such good care of us!

Great drink selections (fun names! , a skilled chef, and service was attentive! Scallops were cooked perfectly, yellowfin carpaccio was a delight, and the steak melted in your mouth. Gotta go back and try more!

our first time enjoyed the unique ambiente of the illuminated trees. our server was raised, nice menu delicious eating. will definitely return.
