Everything was very tasty, the service was also very good, the space was also excellent and we really left happy. I went to Cobo Tradición to eat with my parents for my birthday (I didn't mention it on purpose), and it was a meal that we will remember. Very good. But I make two important constructive criticisms. The first, when I made the online reservation, I checked your menus website beforehand, and I liked the daily menu N-623. and so I booked it. Already this Friday while there the waitress offered us the menus and well, I had to tell her that we wanted the N-623 and that we asked for it directly, thinking that it was the same one published on the web. The fact is that the food was almost one surprise after another, because at the end of what was published on the web, the real one only coincided in the croquettes of the first starter. Anyway, we still liked the final dishes a lot, and I have already recommended you to many friends, but it might not have turned out well and in the end we were eating all the dishes a bit by surprise. Please change it as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding and upset. On the other hand, make you look at your mailing. I didn't like that after making the reservation you sent me another two advertising emails, in barely a month, with hardly any new valuable information, to book there again, period. And yet, 24-48 hours before the reservation, you did not even send an email reminding you that you had it and the consequences of not attending (the withholding of 20 euros per guest) and the options if you have to cancel due to an unforeseen event and not notify in time .
