Very first time ever ordering from them I had a soggy Pizza piled with oil underneath the pizza and it was supposed to be a well done Pizza as you can see in the pictures what everything look like and then when I phone to complain the person that answered the phone was very very rude and it was my children that ordered the pizza so they waited till I came back in a couple of days to complain for them and because I waited a couple of days they won't honor my complaint or replace the pizza so that being said with that being my first visit and all I do not recommend you to go to this place at all because they're very rude people
We've always enjoyed their pizza . However we ordered 2 pizzas for pick up got home and both were wrong. One was missing a topping the other had black olives instead of bacon . We were told to bring pizza back , guess so they could see. Checked our pizza and bill and guess what they were wrong all right . Made 2 new ones which was great, however offered no compensation other than a sorry we were busy. Could have offered a free pizza for next time or even a couple of drinks , something. Or even could have had them delivered instead of us making 2 trips. Oh well poor Customer service no business from us . Bye bye cocelli
We absolutely adore the pizza at this restaurant, and all of our friends who we've recommended it to agree. The thin crust pizza is fantastic with a wide variety of toppings to choose from, all at affordable prices. We never get tired of halfway through the pizza like at other places; there's always something new and delicious to try. We always order extra so we can bring some home for the next day.
Despite hearing positive reviews, we were disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. We ordered a pizza, steak sandwich, meatball sandwich, lasagna, and wings. The pizza was dry and lacked flavor, the lasagna had only 3 layers of noodles with a small amount of meat sauce, and the two sandwiches were mediocre at best. While the meal wasn't terrible, we wouldn't recommend this place.
The Pizza was excellent, just how I remember pizza when I was growing up. The toppings were fresh and abundant. The crust thin and crispy and delicious. Not inexpensive but an excellent pizza that will have you returning for more. A warning, they get you on the toppings, the price can go up rapidly if you like a lot of different toppings. A great pizza by any standard.
