I had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members at the restaurant. I wanted to purchase some pearls for my bubble tea, but she told me that she couldn't sell them to me unless I provided a container or cup. I offered her a cup, and she gave me the pearls. However, she warned me that this would be the last time she would do that and that it wouldn't be allowed in the future. As a Chinese person myself, I want to clarify that this is not a comment made out of racial bias.
I absolutely love the drinks here; they're incredibly delicious! I've decided to skip Starbucks and Tim Hortons because of their controversial support. Coco's has become my favorite spot. Their jasmine tea is so wonderful that I find myself thinking about it all day and night. Additionally, the staff is always very friendly and kind, providing me with exceptional service every time I visit.
The staff are friendly and the bubble tea drinks are excellent. However, yesterday I ordered a Taro Milk drink and requested it without sugar. I could tell that sugar was added because it was sweeter than usual and I found sugar chunks in my drink. I've never had an issue before since the team at the St. Catharines location knows me well.
The place is very clean, and the customer service is excellent. The staff is always eager to assist customers whenever there's an issue. They are fast and well-organized. I regularly get my bubble tea from there, and they've always met my expectations. It's also kid-friendly! Réservez une table maintenant
