I always see this place when I get my nails done. I finally tried it, and I would go back but order something different next time. The milk tea part was good and the brown sugar was good too. But the panna cotta wasn't doing it for me. I've had it before at other boba places, but this was a little different. It almost was too firm like the texture of tofu. The rest of the drink was really great though. And the service was nice. The girl who rang me up was very bubbly and sweet. I asked her what she thought of the drink and she said it's one of her favorites. I would definitely go back to try something else. Or just do the same drink without the panna cotta. But that’s not the only issue we have. As rewards members, we’ve seen the points required for a reward at Coco 3's shop jump from 60 points to 72.
In our opinion, as well as the opinions of a few of our friends who also enjoy visiting for drinks and desserts, it seems that Coco 3 has become increasingly greedy towards their regular customers and visitors. We really hope they become more considerate of their loyal patrons and refrain from further price hikes or unjust charges on their menu items. Offering some discounts or price breaks for those of us who frequently support their small business would be a welcome change.
3 stars because the first time I came it was AMAZING but the second time so bad I couldn't finish the drink. The first time I came in I got a Brown Sugar Lattea which comes with panna cotta and boba. This drink was soooo good!! The boba was perfect texture, and the coconut flavor was very light but complimented the brown sugar and panna cotta so well!! I also really like the cups that they use as they feel very sturdy and high quality. The second time I got a Lychee Breeze and it was honestly inedible. The flavor was so strong and processed and the drink was so sweet I took a few sips and then just had to throw it away.
Coco^3 is one of our favorite rotating boba spots on the peninsula. Whether we order ahead or in-store, they consistently deliver a delicious treat. Their boba pearls are excellent—perfectly balanced, not too soft or too hard. You can even feel the freshness as they hand you the drink, with the boba still warm at the bottom. My go-to order is the orangey peachy, but everything on the menu is fantastic. Occasionally, it’s a bit difficult to hear the staff’s questions because of the plastic screen, but that’s a minor issue. Whether ordering alone or with a group, Coco^3 never disappoints.

Nestled in a plaza right next to Costco, this restaurant offers plenty of parking, and the toppings are complimentary! I tried the Coco Mango smoothie (5/5) and, as someone who doesn’t often order smoothies, I was pleasantly surprised! It was delicious and refreshing, with a noticeable fruit flavor. I also sampled some of my friends' drinks, and they were all fantastic as well. Overall, the drinks are high-quality, clearly made with real fruit, and the menu is extensive. I will definitely be returning!
We are regular customers and their drinks are great. However, the service especially for mobile orders is god awful. We order our drinks on the website and they provide time for when it should be done. But even on a day where there is literally nobody in the store besides us they always say something along the lines of “ten more minute”. This has been the case for every single time we’ve ordered from them. Terrible terrible TERRIBLE service the workers need to stop being lazy.
I visited Coco 3 to grab some drinks before heading to Beauty for a quick pedicure. I ordered the taro drink with plenty of sago, which I really enjoyed. The interior is clean and well-lit, and they have a restroom that requires a key, along with ample seating. The staff is very friendly, and there's plenty of parking in the plaza. It's conveniently located right across the street from Costco, making it a great spot to relax if you need to get your tires changed.
I didn’t realize this place was located right next to Grocery Outlet. It’s a bit tucked away, so if you’re not paying attention, you might just walk past it. I ordered the Stop Go with zero sugar, and it was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and the jelly. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more items from their menu.

The ingredients were fresh with incredible texture and flavors. I really enjoyed the basil seeds, the boba was cooked perfectly, and there was a generous amount of avocado. Next time, I’ll definitely go for 100% sweetness because the 75% sweetness here tasted more like 50% elsewhere.
