Further to two recent visits to Coco's, and given that I have been a patron of the establishment since its inception, it is not without some regret that I have undertaken to express my disappointment at the levels with which both service and food quality have been allowed to slip.Recent 'menu changes' are totally underwhelming with the venue now appearing to cater to the 'get 'em in - get 'em out' tour group market. Either that or the 'bean counters' have been in and a decision to reduce food and labour costs has been made...much to the determent of patrons.Staff, both floor and kitchen, appear to lack any management direction resulting in totally unacceptable service and slow delivery of fo...
Staff were super friendly but unfortunately the kitchen let the place down dramatically. We had a a table of 16 and didn't want the $89 buffet so had a la carte. Staff were lovely, very slow (we had to follow up on drinks, bread etc. ourselves several times) but friendly. We only ordered mains with a few sides so not too hard for an organised kitchen. An hour later I had 15 hangry people sitting with me. Finally the food started coming out but very slowly, by the time the last dish was served others had finished eating. We laughed it off saying it's just how it is in FNQ but reality is it was not good at all. As said, staff were all lovely, just the place didn't seem to have its act together...
During our stay at Pullman International we had buffet breakfast & buffet dinner here. The food was of a high standard, plenty on offer & reasonably priced. Once again the Pullman staff were excellent, on hand if you needed anything but not constantly in your face. With service standards seeming to slip across the hospitality industry these days (in my opinion) Pullman are all over the service thing in every department. Could not fault & do recommend.
This is my second time to visit this restaurant in 2 months for the seafood buffet with my partner. We both really enjoyed the dinner, environment and EXCEPTIONAL customer service. My partner has a food allergy and the head chef kindly recreated certain meal for him. A BIG thanks to Glen, Andre, Head chef of tonight and their team for the excellent service and the surprise. We will definitely come back and recommend this restaurant to everyone.

We chose the buffet which had good choices and was quite big.The oysters were nice. Even though we chose the buffet, we still needed table service for drinks, including water: Any table service we sought was quite slow, but this seemed to be because there were too few staff. The staff present were working very hard, but couldn't be everywhere at once. The wine list was unexciting. The ambiance is kind of ok - a bit like a cafeteria though.
Enjoyed the seafood Buffet with the family. Great selection and great service. They also gave a bottle of wine at a minimal price. If you ask they will bring in some spicy chutneys to spice up your food. To wrap the night the chef made a special Cheese platter to give with the wine in the end at no cost. Great service with a smile.
We got a high tea as a part of a Vie Spa treatment package; it was a great end to a relaxing afternoon. The chicken sandwiches and the scones were the best part of the tower and the tea was yum. Definitely recommend the high tea.
The high-end price was justified by the selection and quality of the $80+ seafood buffet. The a la carte service was slow and the food quality not in the same league as the buffet.

Great food, good service, just took a little longer than expected, highly recommend for those looking for a quality feed that highlights local cuisine!
Lunch was delicious, reasonably priced. Excellent and friendly service from Joe Bert. Yuriko made a decadent multi variety dessert.
