Que dire pour ajouter aux critiques copieuses de cette institution Sud Perth. Coco est toujours à la hauteur du battage publicitaire, bien courir à la fois au bar et à la cuisine, de superbes vues, la nourriture présentée est toujours de haut niveau, à la fois en construction et la qualité des produits. J'ai commandé la tarte à poissons (une des promotions), elle allait toujours être horrible ou sensationnelle. Heureusement, des filets de poissons blancs parfaitement pochés dans un trou d'ornement et non imposables sur le roux blanc, encastré dans une pâte feuilletée, exceptionnelle. Est venu ici mercredi soir ... chanceux c'était à moitié prix car je ne dirais pas que les repas valaient plus que cela. J'ai eu le saumon avec une salade sans pansement comme j'ai des coeliacs ... qui est venu à un peu plus de 33 $ (à moitié prix), ce n'était pas mauvais ... mais Joes Fish Shack fait mieux pour 1/4 de prix. Emplacement Nice. Un autre plat était le boeuf. Les autres 4x personnes à la table ont ordonné la même chose. L'un des plats était la moitié de la taille des autres mais la serveuse reconnaissait cela et le renvoya rapidement. Je recommanderais si cela ne vous dérange pas de payer 4 fois le prix de la vaisselle qui ne se démarque de rien.
What to say to add to the copious reviews of this South Perth Institution. Coco's always lives up to the hype, well run both bar and kitchen, great views, food presented is always of a high standard, both in construction and the quality of produce. I ordered the Fish Pie (one of the specials), its was always going to be either horrific or sensational. Luckily perfectly poached white fish fillets in a unassuming and hence not overpowering white roux, encased in a puff pastry top, outstanding. Chef was kind enough to garnish the remainder of the pie to take home, as it was quite large. One of the best dishes of 2017 so far.
Came here Wednesday night... lucky it was half price as I wouldn't say the meals were worth more then that. I got the salmon with salad no dressing as I have coeliacs... that came to just over $33 (at half price) it wasn't bad... but joes fish shack does better for 1/4 of price. Location nice. Other dish was beef. The other 4x people at table ordered same. One of the dishes was half the size of others but waitress recognised that and promptly sent it back. Would recommend if you don't mind paying 4x the price for dishes that aren't a stand out by any stretch. Réservez une table maintenant
We were here for breakfast. The food was ok but the service was very bad. None of the waitress looked like they wanted to be there. It wouldn't surprise me if they were nursing a hangover. We couldn't get a smile out of them. Won't be coming back.
