Cod Capers Seafood Marketplace And Café

We ate there yesterday for my husband’s birthday. The waitress was great and gave us suggestions. The food was so good. The best I have had in a long time. My husband got red snapper from the market and they grilled it simply but it was delicious. I got the lobster bites and they were very good. Everything on their menu sounds fabulous. I think I could close my eyes and point and be happy with whatever I got. The market is also amazing. So many varieties of fish and other seafood. We will definitely be returning. Are you kidding me? We arrived.... 3 of our group....and they wouldn 't seat us until our 4th showed up....with a handful of empty tables inside....and close to a dozen empty tables outside. It was early....5 p.m. Naturally, we got a lecture re why from the powers-that-be. It 's freakin ' August!! They should continue to focus on take-out (successfully)...or geriatric parties of 2....and they 'll be just fine. Morgan was a wonderful waitress....but you 'll never see me there again. The first time went here we had a good experience. Unfortunately the second time we went we had a table of six and the last person was literally 2 miles away and they refused to seat us. Had us just standing outside near the road. Also, they were exceptionally rude almost confrontational. Bummer! We won’t be going back again. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Had a wonderful lunch to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday with her son and her sister. All enjoyed the food and service. Parking: Easy to get in and out of parking lot.
