Popped in to get some lunch whilst looking at soft furnishings and to order my Mothers bathroom suite. We received a warm welcome and was served quickly as there were only 2 other girls in the cafe who had finished their meal. Ordered at 12.30pm, two tables came in after us and were served their drinks. At 1.10pm I asked if our food and drinks were nearly ready as I had to be in Lisburn for 2.30pm. The server said it was “Up next” and pointed to a docket in the kitchen before coming to our table and saying “Yours is up next, a wee chicken Caesar salad and steak wrap?” I informed her that wasn’t our order and we had ordered a fry and baked potato with a Diet Coke and a tea. We waited until 1....
This used to be a great little cafe to pop into for a fresh breakfast, nice selection of food,light lunch with some really interesting specials and healthy options,unfortunately it has lost all of these options.Whatever happened to the delicious chicken Asian salad etc Microwaved eggs,undercooked toasties it's hit and miss if you get a specials menu but even then don't get excited it was all sausage rolls,turkey and ham etc We noticed it has changed management,not as organised or quick as it used to be,but come on chef liven it up again and please please cut the fat of the bacon before putting it into the toasties etc,just not acceptable at all,who wants chew on rubbery fat
We called for coffee and scone as this place had been recommended to us... when asked if the scones were made freshly this morning we were advised that they were baked last night and none were being baked today! Can’t quite get this as there were only so few scones on offer. About 5 plain scones and one cinnamon! Not very impressed especially when the prices were City prices!! The coffee was good, the staff were lovely and very friendly but I have to say I like a scone that’s NOT a day old!!
I met a friend for breakfast at this restaurant and we tried their signature breakfast and coffee break breakfast. The eggs on the signature breakfast were overcooked, but overall, both meals were tasty. The new staff member we noticed since our last visit, a woman with long dark hair and glasses, was very friendly and attentive.

best takeaway in ballyclare. everything is cooked from fresh and very tasty eating, which everyone will enjoy. great variety on their menus and they can get their order through before they go to collect. very reasonable also price-fixed 5.* they also have a delivery service.
I had a pre meeting in here with a colleague of mine recently. We were well fed for just over £10. The staff were very good as was the food. Waiting time was minimal. I will be back
We stopped for lunch and enjoyed a fantastic meal. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. Keep up the good work! We are looking forward to coming back again.

I had a pleasant experience enjoying a nice cup of coffee and delicious scones at this restaurant while visiting the furniture store. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Eating was nice, but I thought it was very expensive.
