Before lockdown I 'd accumulated many loyalty points on the old card system. After lockdown tried to redeem these but told we don 't use cards anymore, it 's all on the app and reused to give me the one free coffee which I was entitled to. When I queried it, the position was reinforced by an equally arrogant colleague who said they could do nothing about it. I really don 't believe that they couldn 't have just given me a cup of coffee on the presentation of my cards!

Tables cleaned mmediately and kept cleaning. Somone had spilt icecream at the bottom of the ramp and this was cleaned up as soon as they knew about it. Relaxing atmosphere as well. Only criticism is that there was a card till failure after i had paid and the gentleman behind me in the queue offered to pay in cash, but the cashier could not work out how much it would cost! It was a very simple sum of something like £3.10 plus 40p!

I placed an online order and I have to warn you to avoid this restaurant! We received half of someone else's order and none of the items we actually ordered. When I called to report the mistake, I spoke to someone higher up who had no idea what was going on. They expected us to resolve the issue for them! It was clear they did not care at all about the fact that they messed up two orders and wasted everyone's time and money.

Very good staff, excellent coffee, very enjoyable early morning bacon roll, but why is the place so dark, gloomy and uninspiring. Despite this it was very busy, so they must be doing it right Réservez une table maintenant

On a day trip to Gloucester I called in for coffee and a panini. Both were good though one staff member was overdoing the friendly repartee. It was very busy which speaks volumes.

This restaurant is incredibly welcoming, with staff who make you feel right at home. We find ourselves returning time and time again - not to mention, the coffee is exceptional!

Good lemon drizzle cake and millionaire's shortbread. Unfortunately the coffee was served in a paper cup my absolute pet hate. Will go again good range of cakes and sandwiches

This restaurant is run down and understaffed. The coffee was too hot and served in a to-go cup. If you want to check out this place, be sure to go today as they close at 3pm. Réservez une table maintenant

Really disappointed my Frappe was just like a glass of milk with some syrup flavouring it was not icy cold as I was expecting it to be.
