Great coffee and food. Service is normally great, well until 11:16 today. The gent with the beard was disengaged did not greet, nor acknowledge my presence or say thank you) instead decided to be inappropriate with his colleague barista) stating he is rubbing chocolate off, by rubbing himself against the rear of the barista inappropriate). Both the Baristas were great. Behaviors need a review.
It used to be my favourite coffee shop but staff changed and now it's just sad. Rude staff, orders take forever and the amazing atmosphere just gone. Too many options in and around to come back. Oh the cheap food sandwiches they introduced just shows how much worse this place is Vs the magic it used to be. I hope it returns to better
The best coffee shop in town, love them and my coconut latte from Coffeology Thank you guys, for being so awesome, it feels like I am visiting old good friends every time I squeeze into the corner table to get all cozy and enjoy my hot drink
Coffeeology is the absolute best: from the super amazing and kind staff to their astounding coffee. There’s nothing I like more than to come here after a nice morning run! Ah- and the ambience is also perfect. The music is always on-point! Réservez une table maintenant
I can’t have coffee with loud rap music. So the place is no no for me. But the coffee is one of the best in Richmond so it’s ok for take away. Shame really. They make it everything possible to kick you out as quickly as possible.
Gone downhill big time. Terrible coffee, flat white with zero foam after a 10 minute+ wait. Music way too loud. Excessively chummy with regulars whilst failing to take your order correctly or remember to make the coffee. Shame.
Popped in for a coffee, super friendly staff. Amazing coffee too, I'm definitely coming back! Serve pastries and have a few tables to sit
