While some parts of the chicken cutlet hero were technically edible, the chicken was hardly present. Instead of proper cutlets, I got oddly-shaped pieces that didn't resemble what I had ordered. The other half of it was either overcooked or undercooked—sometimes both—which suggests they're using a microwave to heat things up, a huge no-no in the food industry. I'm done with this establishment. It used to be one of the best delis in town—at least 30 years ago. There are several people behind the counter, yet no one seems to know how to prepare food safely. This is unacceptable. I've visited a few times over the last few years, and it's been a hit or miss—either decent or completely inedible...

I ordered their version of an Italian Hero, a very generic and common sandwich across Long Island Delis. Hands down skimpiest attempt. All bread. Legit one slice of each meat and cheese. I think the tried putting oil and vinegar on it. Either their recipe is cut short due to management/owners who can't afford Board Head cold cuts or I got the new guy, which then falls on management for poor managing. For a sandwich and bag of chips $9. Price seems right. If this sandwich was loaded, I wouldn't have complained if it was $12!!!!

I can’t believe you’re charging $5.00 for a gallon of Poland Spring water! And then to say, “we don’t make anything on that, that’s just our cost”? Seriously? You should just go to Stop & Shop where it’s only $1.89. This experience alone is enough for me to never return to your deli! If my dogs didn’t need water right now, I would have laughed in your face and left! Shame on you for price gouging!

Delis are a dime a dozen. Good ones, not so much. I'm a chicken cutlet guy so I generally start with judging any deli by the caliber of their chicken cutlet. This place nailed it. Chicken cutlet melted cheese sandwich was delicious. Really good chicken cutlet. Got a wrap and a couple other sandwiches that were all very good as well. Definitely a notch above your average boars head deli. Enjoy Réservez une table maintenant

This is a fantastic spot for a Saturday morning sandwich by the harbor. The service was quick and the staff was very helpful as we decided what to order. The bagel sandwiches were fresh and delicious! We also tried the streusel cake, and I have to say, it was absolutely worth it! The coffee was excellent as well, and overall, the prices are very reasonable!

I've come here at least twice a week for the last two months I get the same thing becspk in a roll well done(not runny eggs) until today they've always gotten it on point, literally the complete opposite of what I asked for, it was good while it lasted
