Meh. I was let down. I came in for a fresh made Rocky Road. I left 2 stars because the almonds had a crunchy texture that seemed fresh and was satisfying to bite into. The staff member who served me was nice and helpful.Other than that, I really didn 't enjoy the ice cream. It was stringy and peculiar. I read they use guar gum that will have that affect. I also read that they made the ice cream in their stores. I don 't understand why additives need to be, well, added if it 's supposedly being made fresh, in store. I read they also add whey protein? Hmmm... I Guess the additives made a big impact because the ice cream did not taste creamy, or rich or satisfying. They use corn syrup, instead...
I arrive to cold stones at approximately 8:40p and I was told that they were closed for the moment. So I sent my husband in, and he was told the same thing, but he asked for the store manager and I called and told them situation. As I was passing by they had put the closedsign on the door.
I just came here at 9:12pm there website says they close at 10pm plus the shoo me away really that?s very bad customer service I drive all the way out here to get something simple never coming back again it?s a big waste of my time here UPDATE YOUR HOURS!!!!!!
I passed by this restaurant for five years without stopping, and I'm so glad I finally decided to check it out. The coffee and pastries were outstanding, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Everything looked delicious, and I will definitely return!

The ice cream is excellent, and while the prices are slightly higher, you definitely get your money's worth. However, be prepared for occasionally long lines.
This location has the most beautiful and friendly staff! Even though it was only five minutes before closing, they served us with a smile.

The ice cream melts too fast, and they hardly provide any toppings. It's not worth the price.
