The manager offered no accommodations, not even a discount on the bill, despite my nearly hour-long wait during which I almost called the police. It truly seemed like both the valet and the restaurant were trying to take advantage of the situation. Suddenly, when I mentioned involving the police, leaving bad reviews, and possibly consulting a lawyer, they miraculously found the key in someone else's car, which I suspect might have been a fabrication. Overall, the restaurant did nothing to rectify the situation or address my concerns. I went in to buy three ice creams because the online ordering system wasn’t working. We ended up waiting 30 minutes only to receive melted ice cream. While the staff were doing their best, things took a turn for the worse when a coworker who wasn’t on shift came in. She made ice cream for herself and her friend, chatting with her coworkers and causing further delays in the line. Typically, I wouldn’t mind this, but after waiting so long, it was frustrating. This wasn’t the first time I’ve experienced issues at this location. I came into Coldstone on Friday night expecting nothing but walking out with my ice cream but i had to witness this poor girl get yelled at by another employee about something that seemed meaningless. That situation made me uncomfortable and the presence of that male coworker made me never want to return to that Coldstone again. I expect more respectful and welcoming employees. Atmosphere: 1
The ice cream remains delicious, but I nearly left without ordering due to a subtle odor resembling vomit or unpleasant, soiled mop water. The restaurant could really use a thorough cleaning and some renovation. There was no music playing, and the atmosphere felt neglected. I don't think I'll be inclined to return unless these concerns are resolved.

I saw six people behind the counter, and they were complaining about having to work on July 4th. I thought it was unacceptable since they were supposed to be serving customers. They didn’t greet me or acknowledge my presence at all. After waiting for five minutes without any service, I decided to leave and head to Carvel instead.
Nick at Cold Stone Creamery provided exceptional service! He was friendly, patient, and made sure our ice cream creations were perfect. His attention to detail and positive attitude made the visit even better. Highly recommend stopping by if Nick is there—you won’t be disappointed
I recommend signing up if you haven't done so already. They offer buy-one-get-one-free ice cream for “new” customers, if you catch my drift. It's tough to justify spending $20 on ice cream, but paying $20 for two is much more appealing, if you know what I mean!
One of the weirder locations I've been to... Narrow and small... But people in the shop do it right... Even when it's busy. Which it was. Small place no where to stand. In spite of that... All our stuff was perfect and delicious.

The food is great, and there are countless combinations to choose from. The staff were outstanding.
