Cold Stone Creamery

I visited coldstone Bowie yesterday and the service wasnt anything short of amazing there. There were 4 assoicates i believe I saw and they greeted me when i walked in the doors and made me feel welcomed and they all tried to take my order at once. I had to apologize to them because i wasnt unsure of what i wanted,but they were patient with me and even gave me suggestions on what to order. They just made my day. Kenzy , Jakyraa, kalen,and Deon). The Oreo overload they suggested was delicious.

The ice cream was great! Everything was fresh and clean. The customer service was amazing, and the flavors that they sold were mouth-watering! I would highly recommend, and their cakes are absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed the Lemon Sorbet, and their great tasting Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream.

The staff today made me feel like I was a bother. Worse customer service experience I have ever had at this location. Ice cream was all over the containers. Not a good day

Just Picked up icecream for a latenight run, Hannah helped us as well as other staff. So sweet and polite
