Was super excited to get the lucky charms signature creation. So excited that I got the tub size (biggest size available) since last year's lucky charms ice cream was so good. The person who mixed my ice cream did not use the right proportions and only used a small amount of add-ons (cereal and whipped topping) that I would have gotten with a single serve ice cream. Also, last year the mix ins used to be purely lucky charms marshmallows but this year they only put cereal and I barely got two tablespoons worth for the whole tub. Extremely disappointed in the customer service since I even asked if they could add more topping and they kept being greedy with them. So sad since this used to be my...
My kids had never been to Coldstone and we were gifted a card. I grew up on it so was excited to try it again.The workers were so friendly...and they were highschool students. The young lady (Saniyah) told us she had been there a couple of years...offered samples, took her time with us. Was outgoing, kind, made eye contact. Loved that she was able to juggle the phone and the busy Saturday traffic.It's so lovely to see a teenager do all these things!! It's rare these day.Kudos for the training and to her parents. She is a sweet young lady and you can tell she takes her job with pride.Oh! Ice-cream was delicious too. Wish they'd bring back white chocolate cream though.Great experience!
I had placed an order for the first time on the cold Stone app. The deliverer only gave us one of the items of the two that we ordered. The driver delivered our order 3 minutes after the store front closed so we couldn’t get it.The next day, I explained this to the associate at the store, named Darren, and he was SO sweet, and jumped to making the replacement order for us. While he made it he was not only personable to me, but the other customers in the store.I may never use the app again, BUT I will be back in person every time because of Darren. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!THANK YOU!
The experience I had this evening was the worst customer service I have ever had! Just now we waited 15minutes to order then when we got the order home it was wrong so we called and some young girl stating she was the manager that told me it was my responsibility to taste my order before I left to make sure it was right I asked her for her name and she told me she didn't have to tell me! I am disgusted with this store this is my 3rd complaint and now I am contacting the better business bureau! Horrible Réservez une table maintenant
Ordered several to go scoops, watched it be made and it was all good, but it seemed to me that they were all places in the bag upside down intentionally, as the personal saw what was going on and said nothing to rectify it , disappointed in the staffing there Ice cream 10Employees 1
