It was a hot summer night. We came over for some ice cream treat. There was a long line. The service was slow. We waited for 30 minutes before getting our ice cream. The menu was a little confuse. You can have a choice of small, medium and large with 4.75, 5.75 and 6.50. You can have one flavor with one free mix-in. There will be additional 50 cents for additional mix-in. I've had one too many bad experiences through their delivery service online. This is the second time they didn't get my order right. The first time I didn't say anything but it's hard to understand how anyone can't follow simple instructions. I asked for chocolate chip cookies and got cookie dough. There was little to no brownies in it at all. I basically paid for vanilla ice cream that I could have gotten from the grocery store for a lot cheaper. I won't be ordering from here again.
This location Cold stone has my heart, one time they got my order wrong and when I told them, they didn’t hesitate and remade it with in one minute even though there is huge line. Customer satisfaction level is extraordinary and I wouldn’t go to any other place than this. Kevin, Aidan and all others workers are exceptional
I came in to pick up an online order to find out there was one girl working the counter with six people waiting to place orders while three other employees I could see clearly in the back were just hanging out on their phones.

Long line on a nice weather night, but the store was adequately staffed and the line moved fairly quickly. All of the workers were friendly in spite of being obviously busy.
Natalie and the entire staff were so nice! They greatly accommodated my gluten allergy and this was some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had! Thank you!
Walked in there 1 hour before they closed, they all had a little attitude, good ice cream, bad employees, guess they can't handle 2 customers.
Amazing service as usual. I ordered a cake online for my daughter's birthday and curbside pickup was easy peasy!
