Extremely slow customer services and on top of this they are very behind with something simply as taking contactless payments like apple or Samsung pay. Also improve all the online service as pickup if a client order online don’t need to wait until the place end the last person in line and be completely empty to start to work in online orders. This message is to the owner or manager to at least adapt to technology if can’t find good staff.

the position is absolutely disgusting! the interior and exterior are so dirty! I wonder who manages this place, because what they want is that the customers sit down and enjoy their ice creams, but it is not possible because it is not enough chairs, trashes are full and everything is dirty. the customer service is bad.

they have changed my sum and given themselves a tip. my goodness. I tipped them in cash, there was no reason for that. report this place now!

Fast east service, i think they should hire a little more staff for the weekends just to get through the customers quicker.
