This was only my second time at a CSC because they are expensive for what you get.Pros: They offer chocolate dairy free almond milk ice cream.Cons: The slab where they mix the ice cream was a disaster. Cross contamination all across it because the people making it don’t get all of the ice cream or toppings off the slab. I understand if you have food allergies you probably wouldn’t go here anyway but the area should still be clean.They didn’t charge extra to add cherry and nuts on top that was nice.Update: We went back a couple days later. This time the slab was clean. I ordered the dairy free almond milk ice cream and it was great.

The Ice Cream was fine, I mean it's Cold Stone and it's good. The problem with this location in particular is that they consistently over-charge their patrons. You aren't supposed to get charged for your first mix-in yet, I aswell as all the people I was with that night got charged for that first mix-in. 9 people... I asked for a refund for the $2 which isn't alot but alas money is not easy to come by sometimes and I was refused a refund, but offered another mix-in, which I didn't want. Hopefully management can fix this issue because the cashier obviously did not know their own stores menu board and prices.Edit: spelling

I've come to this place for a long time than many of them are busy. the service I received today was terrible and the shift manager admitted that he noticed negative behaviors in the few weeks, but crazy an apology for the rude hired. what happened to respect and customer service?

I had to create this account to fall this quick review. this place deserves more than last year Covid-era negative reviews. Sunday at 19 o'clock, 5 people behind the counter, super fast line and absolutely delicious ice. never had a better waffel cone. 10/10 Réservez une table maintenant

by door dash ordered, rider lost and then delivered wrong order to get from 38.00 contacted door dash that recommended that they could supply partialrefund. can not refund any fees and control. the things were wrong, melted and inedible.

I stopped by for ice cream today and the manager on duty was absolutely fantastic! She really made our day! However, I was a bit disappointed that this location didn't have the rocky mountain apples available.

I'm sorry, but you gotta be crazy to spend $5.59 plus add on for a small cup of ice cream. I rarely go here but sometimes the urge just strikes. Most everyone loves this place so I guess I am odd man out here.

The prices are excessive; three of their smallest cups cost $20, and they even ask for a tip. There are no outdoor seating options, and overall, the experience was quite mediocre. Réservez une table maintenant

Definitely not worth $6.00 for a single scope of plain ice cream that tasted no better than any supermarket brand.
