I visited this restaurant around 5 PM on December 3rd, 2023, and was promptly greeted by a male employee who inquired about how he could assist me. He quickly got to work on my milkshake, making sure to include the toppings I requested. I also noticed that the location was very clean and well-maintained! Not only did I receive immediate attention, but the customer who entered right after me was also acknowledged right away. After I paid for my drink, the employee efficiently handled her order as well. The milkshake was perfect, and the service was friendly and attentive. Thank you for a great experience!

Not only did I feel welcomed right away, but the customer who came in right after me was also acknowledged immediately. Went in today 5/21 at 4:30 to get an ice cream. Young man making customers orders was wiping his face, mouth and wiped his nose then proceeded to serve me when I asked him to please wash his hands before he began to prepare my order. He was very frustrated and kept taken back at my request. How disgusting to see people in the food industry not care about what they do before serving people ?!

I got the new Silk chocolate ice cream and it was AMAZING! Very tasty and filling. So happy they have a non dairy option that's still ice cream. Hopefully they will have more non dairy flavors in the future. Also warning if you are vegan or lactose intolerant, if you get toppings mixed into your ice cream they mix it in on a surface that will cross contaminate dairy into your ice cream.
This is my favorite ice cream shop! The staff is courteous, and the place is always clean. They offer 10 different flavors, with my favorite being banana, and there are plenty of toppings to choose from! The ice cream is rich and creamy, with the perfect texture, and the flavors are delightful! I've never had a disappointing treat from here.
I ordered a birthday cake for my brother online and it did taste good, but there was barely any mix ins! I don't think they even added the 3rd mix in which was cookie dough and you can taste that in a bite. Spending $28+ on a small 6 round cake, it'd be nice if you get what you pay for, ya know? Enjoying every bite would be great!
Expensive but we always have a 2 for one coupon or reward. Yummy ice cream. Better quality than DQ. Small seating area but in the warmer weather they add a few seats outside. We’ve never had a problem eating in.
