I am pretty tired of the owners of this Cold Stone! In the past I 've seen them ask kids (not the parents) if they want a cone which costs more money...right? Shouldn 't be that big of a deal but it 's annoying. Today our nanny took the kids here and the owner apparently scooped too much ice cream for the medium size that was ordered. She said to our nanny, I 'm going to put this in a larger bowl . Innocent enough until she charged my nanny for the large size. I find these kinds of practices distasteful and dishonest, and frankly makes me never want to go back. To the owners I say, grow up and run an honest business . To potential customers I say, watch these folks for dishonest behavior and...
After trying my ice cream I asked for a new flavor if possible as it did not taste right. Although the gentleman gladly said he could replace it the lady ringing up my order told him he needed to put my ice cream back into the container. I jumped in and told her please don't do that as it's very unsanitary to put ice cream I just licked back into a container. I am assuming it was the owner since she was concerned about the cost it was to her of wasted ice cream. I don't know who needs to hear this but be cautious of eating ice cream from here. Do not recommend!
My daughter gently asked me for cotton candy ice cream and I said no because it has dyes. The employee said there are no dyes in cotton candy ice cream and she also said strawberry was dye free. YAHHHH RIGHT! Just checked their website and cotton candy has blue 1 and strawberry has red 40. I asked for a kid size for my daughter. She got it with no add ins. But still charged me for a like it. Just be careful when ordering. Clearly she 's in it to trick people. We will not be returning and will opt to try the other plentiful ice cream places in the area.
This is the best milkshake I've ever tasted. From the very first sip, I was completely blown away. It's like a little piece of heaven in a cup. Huge thanks to the staff for crafting such an incredible shake. The service was outstanding, and the store location is perfect. I've never had a milkshake this delicious before. You have to try it! It's called the Oh Fudge shake!

The person at the counter appeared quite unfriendly. When my grandson tried to indicate a flavor, she rudely asked him to step back from the display. The ice cream met my expectations, but the customer service was disappointing.
Cold Stone Creamery is a fantastic place for ice cream downtown, and the vibrant atmosphere always makes the experience enjoyable. Since Baskin Robbins closed, this has become the go-to spot for a quick ice cream treat.

I really enjoy the milkshakes! They are incredibly rich in flavor, and using the app for pickup is always easy and quick. Additionally, the app features a rewards program, which is a nice perk!
They specialize in big ice cream creations here, but you can also get a small amount. Prices are pretty low for all that you get.
