The staff at this place is super friendly, making it a pleasure to stop by for ice cream. However, I've noticed that they still aren't wearing hairnets. Fortunately, I haven't encountered any hair in my treat lately. But just to be clear, this is my third time finding hair in my ice cream. I strongly urge the management to have employees wear hats or hairnets for everyone's peace of mind. Thank you!
I called to inquire about the dimensions of the ice cream cakes. The person on the other end said she didn't know. I could hear someone in the background saying, "That's why we don't answer the phone." Then, she grabbed a ruler and told me it was 11 by 11 inches. After that, she hung up on me before I could ask how tall it is.
Cold Stone is my all-time favorite ice cream shop! I absolutely love their banana flavor—it's delicious! You have to try the Founder's Favorite with banana ice cream; it's so tasty! This location is fantastic as well, featuring ample outdoor seating in a vibrant area. I do miss the fountain, but that's not Cold Stone's fault.

I've visited Cold Stone Creamery numerous times, but I can't for the life of me understand why this location NEVER has any chocolate-dipped waffle cups! They never answer their phone, and the staff seems to have a sense of entitlement.
I'd like to extend my gratitude to the family in front of me who kindly paid for my ice cream. I also want to thank my server tonight—I'm not sure of his name, but he was very polite!
The service was excellent. The staff was noticeably more efficient and attentive compared to what we experience at restaurants in our hometown of Valencia, CA.
This is the one place I really wouldn't want to lose. I adore the banana ice cream paired with a brownie, and the staff is always fantastic. Réservez une table maintenant

"The halibut was fresh, in-season and the light batter was to die for! The restaurant had spectacular views, airy and flooded with sunlight. My sister had the bison burgers and thought they were very tasty...not dry for being so lean."
