4 employees LITERALLY not doing ANYTHING. One girl pretending to sweep (wasnt actually sweeping anything up). One kid pretending to stack cups (would stack then unstuck them) The only girl making ice cream made 1 persons ice cream and took 10 minutes to do it then walked away. One lady came out at the end with half a sweater on and just walked around behind the counter looking around lost. 30+ people waiting in line just staring at the employees. The whole 15 minutes waiting in line for nothing. Finally walked out. This is the most absurd situation I have witnessed at a food establishment. I am shocked that this buisness is still open due to the fact that they are playing employees who are not bringing in revenue. Absolutely bizarre!
On how grimy is looking for this place these days, the servers do not want to work. It happened to me TWICE that I go 20-30 minutes before closing time and the kids working on the front tell me they can't serve me because they?re?closed.? When I go back to the door to check the closing time, I see that it is actually a while before they close, but they can't serve me because they have a test tomorrow? and must go home early. I contacted companies, but they don't seem to pay attention to one of their businesses losing money. There are other ice places, you do not have to go here to catch a disease or a posture.
Staff is rude, lacking, and reluctant to work? even when you place an online order. They cancel your order because they?ve run out of 1 topping, out of the 4 you requested. You arrive and they can?t find your order. They don?t even call you to let youknow your order was canceled. Waste of time. No manager or supervisor found. Staff is just a bunch of kids.
