Colectivo Coffee- On The Square

This coffee shop has a pleasant, relaxed vibe, but my experience took a turn for the worse this morning. I regrettably ordered the overrated and overpriced Famous Chorizo breakfast burrito, which was $7 for a burrito no bigger than a small one from the microwave. It came in a paper bag with just one napkin. The burrito fell apart, and the filling looked disturbingly unappetizing—almost like diarrhea or vomit. I was both disgusted and offended, so I decided to leave immediately.

The restaurant offers a great variety of menu options, including some unique choices. The space is pleasant, featuring a spacious front patio and an interesting sun porch that can be opened up to the air, yet is separated from the main dining area by glass doors. When the windows are open, the porch feels like an indoor extension of the patio. Additionally, there is a direct view of the Capitol Building.

The drink and food options were delightful, with plenty of seating available. The staff was attentive, and the patrons were incredibly friendly! Three people either invited me to sit at their table while I waited for my order or joined me at my table once I was settled in. I had some engaging conversations and felt completely at home, even though it was my first visit to Colectivo!

Colectivo is a charming little coffee shop located near the Wisconsin state capitol. It offers a wide range of reasonably priced beverages and snacks in a welcoming environment. The staff were friendly and courteous, and we appreciated the view of the capitol as we relaxed in the cool ambiance of the shop with our drinks. Réservez une table maintenant

The sandwiches are excellent, and there's a lovely outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying the weather when it's pleasant in Wisconsin.

All of Colectivo's locations in Madison are wonderful, but my favorite is during the warmer months when the front room windows are open. I love enjoying iced lattes and smoothies while sitting by the storefront, watching the lively activity of the capital square.

The coffee here is excellent. However, it's not the best place for working on a laptop due to the cramped and noisy atmosphere. On the plus side, there are plenty of outlets available.

I've visited this place several times and absolutely love it. I ordered a sugar-free hazelnut latte with oat milk, and it was fantastic. The pastries are also delightful!

The coffee is generally quite good. I need to keep in mind not to order the velo. The bakery items are also tasty, especially when I share them with my wife.
