Never again. Im a local and this is on the main strip for downtown. We decided to go on a whim to give it a shot. We got in at 6pm, they close at 9pm, but they were turning tables and serving food like they closed in 30. We got sat and were asked for drinks, we just did water, 20 minutes passed no chips or Salsa and our server avoiding the table. I had to stand up and chase down the hostess to ask for chips and salsa and then she said I forgot to tell you, were out of chips and salsa . Your a Mexican restaurant. Great atmosphere. Food is absolutely wonderful. Had the Parrillada it was delicious. Staff is very attentive, the waiter must have checked on us no less than five times even before they brought the check. Restaurant is very clean, including the tables, floors and even restrooms. You can also eat outside in front of that is more to your liking.
Sat and Sat and we're never waited on A family walked through the door and the started taking their order so we started to leave and I said we'll be back when you're less busy. (they weren't that busy) A male walked up to the hostess and asked in Spanish if we had paid..For What nothing You didn't offer us anything.
We went and waiting for long time the food never arrived and waitresses start laughing I complain with the owner and see if they do something about it. Definitely they lost no only one customer because all my family is not going back! I will not recommend this place at all

The best Mexican restaurant in Visalia! If you hopefully your server is Chewy(Jesse), his attention to detail and hospitality are the reason why we are back two nights in a row! Great service and good food always! Recommend this place for dinner every day!
Great little Mexican restaurant in downtown Visalia. Prices are still very affordable and food is very authentic. You’re not getting Taco Bell in this place. Their chips and salsa rock! Make sure you’re hungry because the food is legit. Enjoy!
My husband and i live in Hanford and because there are not any good restaurants in Hanford we decided to try Colimas for the 1st time. We were very impressed and loved the food and the friendly hospitality. We will definitely be coming back.
Definitely not going back! We ordered food came back in 2 minutes yes some may say fast service but not when your food tastes like the beans came out of a can and the rice was hard like it was sitting for a while. So disappointed.

The food was perfect it did feel odd going inside since it looks the same as when i went during highschool in 1999 its frozen in time from the decor to the quality familiar flavors
I ordered a Chile Verde burrito. It was mostly rice and beans. Tasted good but would have been better with more meat.
