Colombo's Cafe Tavern

I am so mad at myself. Once again, I have discovered an outstanding restaurant, that was only 2.3 miles from my house, after I have moved out of STL. If I had eaten here while I lived in STL, I would have been a regular. A friends band was playing at Colombo 's, so that is how I discovered them this past Saturday. We got there early to get our band groupie table. When I saw their extensive craft beer list, I knew it was a cold beer night. I was impressed with the local selection of brews that also included regional and statewide breweries. I was torn between a burger and wings. So, I went to Yelp and checked out the pictures, to help me decide. Wings was the winner and it truly was a, Winner...

Was very disappointed that because I didn 't sign my check in front of him,they wouldn 't cash it. I usually use bank but I wanted the cash to shop today. I guess the reason I 'm upset is I have cashed big checks there over a 40 yrs. I was trying to save time for others. Maybe a I will this time but ,next time you need to wait would have been nice.Have a long line of people who used them for yrs too.Castello 's, Johnsons,Bates. Lot others from Dog town..

Best place ever man I don’t think I would know what to do with out these guys they are the best in st.Louis for food beer what ever Thank Ryan and Greg to another 70 years

First time going and was really impressed. Bartender ran the entire show while keeping everyone beyond satisfied. Food was delicious and atmosphere was great.
