We stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary as a small in town get away until we can travel overseas. It was wonderful. Joshua checked us in and was great. When he found out it was our 30th he offered us breakfast and a late checkout. The breakfast was so yummy and the service was great. The dinning room was just beautiful. We had great drinks at the bar the night before as well. The bed was so comfortable and I am pretty picky about beds. When we checked out I asked for a book on all their hotels in their company and Jazz and William helped me with that. William the manager met me in and made sure all was taken care of. Our experience at The Drake was incredibly special! This was the first venue we saw for our venue and we loved how friendly everyone was and how beautiful the space was. We met with Karla who was very kind and truly a life saver! Karla helped us to create our dream venue and we can’t thank her enough. On our wedding day the Drake staff was very helpful to our parents setting up and the staff at our wedding were amazing! Really nice location close to nice restaurants and shops. I only have a few complaints about my stay. There was no fridge in our room, I saw ants on one of the bed stands which was unacceptable when staying at such a nice location. On the morning of my 2nd day I called the front desk and asked when housekeeping would be coming and I was told they’re starting they’re shift and will be there shortly. This was around 9 am. I saw them in my hallway but ultimately they didn’t arrive until 3:30 which was really inconvenient for us as we were getting ready for a night out. Other than these things it was a beautiful hotel and good location I will definitely be staying here again.
My 27 year old girlfriend was hit on and TOUCHED by a 62 year old man, and when I caused a problem by confronting him, I was told that I was the problem and that I was causing a scene asking him questions. The people with him told managers that I was belligerent and causing a scene, and I was told that if I don 't go to my room, I would be kicked out of the hotel. When I told them what had happened, they said that was fine . Which basically meant they didn 't believe me. Money really does buy you out of problems. Stay safe out there.

My husband and I had our wedding at the Drake last year on August 6th. We decided to go back and celebrate our 1 year anniversary there for dinner. We had a wonderful time! We sat outside on the patio and listened to the live music. Our dinner was amazing, I had the filet and my husband had the seabass. Our server was Bobby (his name tag said Robert), was very polite and attentive. He made sure everything was perfect for our anniversary. My husband and I will definitely be coming back for our future anniversaries.
We had a wonderful time celebrating our wedding anniversary at the Drake in Oakbrook. The staff, and especially Alberto, manager at the Colonial Room, as well as our servers, Patricia and Maria, all went above and beyond. Our room was clean, spacious, and high-end. We loved the whole experience, including the live music outside on the patio during dinner at the Colonial room. We will definitely be back!
A bit out of my beaten path but it is beautiful. The service staff was excellent. Our server went out if her way to accommodate a food allergy. The food was attractive as well as delicious. The tea presentation was wonderful. I highly recommend this venue.
Great location outside of Chicago. Rooms were beautifully decorated, up to date and very clean! Coffee shop, beautiful bar/lounge and restaurant on site with plenty of complimentary parking. We would stay here again.

Rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Stayed here on one trip in two different rooms at the start/finish of the trip. Both rooms were clean and in great shape. What I would expect from an Autograph property.
