had a graduation ceremony 5/14/22. planned by the sitte as I live from the state and our graduate is in colorado. eugen (owner was amazing. helpful, appealing, recommended menu items and amounts that work. the cost was exactly as he said, the contracts were checked with me in time and made sure everything was in order. day of the event we could go early and decorate the room that was all over its upper floor with its own bar, baths, dining room and bar with high peaks. it was great to do that. time of the event our two dedicated bar offers (blake and steven have presented themselves to me and continued to pamper us and all our guests. we bought the food and the guests had their own tabs. the...

colorado plus brew was the first place I had eaten in colorado when I returned from Korea to the states. I have been stationed at another place since then, so when I visited colorado and we needed a place to eat, I recommended colorado plus! first line I love her beer selection. I wish I had more than one night to enjoy it, but if I were still living here, I would return weekly to try the selection they have on. kudos! fried pig-shot sounds better than it was. the pieces of pork were blown over the fried, were over fried and it was not really good with the fried. I can 't recommend this pub, although I would like to. Laid back atmosphere, nice interior and patio but their cook has no idea how to cook a burger to medium well. When ordering, I specifically asked for medium well can 't stand red/pink hamburger. The food was presented, I cut the burger in half and it was VERY pink. I found the server and showed him. He said he would replace it. But the second burger was the same very pink, red at the middle. I took 4 bites from the edges. When the server came to bring our bill, I asked him to take my plate away. I told him it was still raw. He looked at it and said I have to talk to the cook. I replied that it didn 't really matter now. He didn 't offer...

it was a terrible Sunday night and I had not left my apartment in many a few weeks. I moved to colorado plus brew pub to calm my existential conundrum and was thrilled. my server was fast and friendly, with many recommended for eating and drinking. I went with the watermelon sour, which was clearly not tart, but very tasty. for eating I made the black bauch mac. very good, just the right amount of hot sauce and a high quality cheese sauce. in my opinion, the sauce would benefit from being a bit thicker, but much less. my friend has reuben (as he often does in), and said it is up there in terms of taste and quality. the server was still very attentive during this time. 5/5 Réservez une table maintenant

A good pub to hang out with friends, and a family friendly place. We had a couple with kids sitting next to us as well as all kinds of people just enjoying the weekend. We ordered fried pickles, and I had a Stout beer with Fish and chips, which I asked to get grilled instead of battered and fries, and they did it. I'll confess that I peeled the breaded/fried part from the fried pickles in order to not feel too guilty. ?

It was pretty good. I agree with some other reviews, that the beers are a little flat. The food was decent, needed a bit more salt. The fried chicken was good, but I wish they added a little more mayo and chow-chow to the sandwich, as it was a tad dry. Otherwise, a solid meal, and a less crowded venue in Golden. We'll be back.

Food was exceptional. My husband was very happy with the fish and chips. I had a burger which was pretty good. My daughter had chicken and really liked it. The Panko breading on the chicken is crispy and seasoned perfectly. The cookies and cream beer is AMAZING. Highly recommend! Réservez une table maintenant

Always one of my favorites and where I choose to go anytime someone visits from out of state.Servers are always wonderful, and Eugene the owner is a stand up guy.Don't be fooled by the name, they also have great cocktails.

I stopped by and this place serves great food and beer. the bartender has done everything and made a great job. will swing next time in the city.
