Amazing Kootenay Breakfast Bagels, crazy good fresh daily baked Muffins if your lucky enough to get your hands on one! Great Teas and Smoothies. Wonderful staff and service. Highly recommended

They often have borscht, which is enough for me, but if you need more: great coffee, great food, super friendly service. A long time Castlegar gem for sure!

We enjoyed two very good coffee beverages this morning! Thought the price was a little elevated but good stuff. Easily as good as the Seattle gang.

I love stopping by in the morning and saying hi to Lisa and Robin. Great place with a fantastic vibe and the food is just what you need!
