I was told about this place from a friend who lives a few minutes away (who I was house sitting for).<br/ <br/ Man, this place is amazing!!! Its hidden away in an industrial park so unless you know its there, you will likely miss it. The ambience is fantastic. The decor is hipster but comfortable. Overall it has a great warehouse feel.<br/ <br/ The ice latte was great and the apple pie which is actually fresh made belgian waffles, with maple vanilla ice cream, orange curd and stewed apple and raisins (i think) was incredible!!!!<br/ <br/ The addition of mint and flowers made it one of the prettiest meals ive seen. Absolutely amazing. From the atmosphere, food and welcoming staff. I was blown away. Great presentation and flavour. I had the salad bowl and was very impressed, very well seasoned. And the vegetables were warm! Was delicious. Coffee was also very good. Only negative was alot of your menu items didn’t come with egg/s, they were $5 extra.. Nevertheless this is my new favourite place to eat and drink when I’m down in mornington area! Will definitely return soon.
High end hipster-level coffee made in a warehouse conversion. The fact that the peninsula now has enough hipsters to support a warehouse size operation is a credit to the area. They have an app for online orders which is not too clunky (has Apple Pay), and can save you some unnecessary hipster fraternisation in the queue. Haven’t tried the food, but the people around me seemed to have no complaints and the place is huge so should be no issues getting a seat. Réservez une table maintenant
Such a brilliant coffee institution.Great offerings from single origin batch.Only 4 stars however because ordering at the counter is chaos. Walk in and people everywhere waiting for the register.It is frustrating having to wait in line to order a takeaway when people in front are ordering food to dine in. The wait can be quite some time.In saying that, absolutely killing it in the coffee game. Love the space and concept. Thanks guys.
Away from the main strip, but still busy. Which isn't surprising cause their coffee and their food was great.<br/ <br/ Funky looking place with plenty of seats inside and in the courtyard. Staff were great and very welcoming.<br/ <br/ Highlight was the weird shaped gluten free donut thing. Later found out it's from rebel donuts down the road. Make sure you get one!<br/ Well worth a visit when in the area.
Have been here a couple of times for brunch and for lunch and the foods and coffee are consistently good!<br/ <br/ They get very busy on weekends but this doesn't affect how quickly they serve food or how well it is made.<br/ <br/ The pork bao special is delicious and a favourite.
