Our favourite Korean place we’ve tried in Montreal. From beginning to end we had a great experience. The bangchan was very flavourful (they make phenomenal kimchi). Then the tteokbokki which was incredible! The sauce was so full bodied, you could taste the vegetables in it which was a first for me. Rice cakes were cooked to perfection and their fish cakes taste great. The kimchijeon was the showstopper for us and is the best we’ve tried in Montreal. Highly recommend. The fried chicken was also excellent. Overall I appreciated that the fried food was not too greasy like other places. We will absolutely be back to try more of the menu!!
I am disappointed that the NDG location has closed. The terrace was lovely and I had some great dates there. The food was consistently fantastic, with the best fried chicken I have ever had (even though I usually don't like cheese powder), delicious cold noodles, and incredible Kimbap. The terrace was charming and romantic with its lights. The only drawback was the bathroom. Despite living near a popular fried chicken spot, I still prefer Comon over many others. I will definitely visit the Verdun location in the future.
Go early this place fills up fast in the evenings! Delicious Korean fried chicken with choice of tasty sauces. Ramyun menu was confusing because it's a great price, it comes with a nice base of ingredients and the extras are listed below it.Quick and courteous service, and the tables are laid out so that it doesn't feel crowded even when the place is packed. Bring friends, you'll want to try everything and they portions are generous!
The food and ambiance were fantastic at this restaurant. However, the service was a bit inconsistent. It appeared that the staff may have been inexperienced or unprepared to handle a full restaurant. It is also possible that they were understaffed, even though the restaurant only had about 15 tables. Despite this, I would definitely revisit as I thoroughly enjoyed the food.

I ordered fried chicken, hot stone bibimbap, and seafood pancake at this restaurant. I especially enjoyed the hot stone bibimbap, as it gave the rice a hot and crunchy texture. The chicken was juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside, and the sauce was delicious. However, I found the seafood pancake to be a bit disappointing.
The chicken, the chicken!! It's just round the corner from us but I keep forgetting about it. So tonight we got some takeout food. Friendly service even though the place was busy. We had the chicken with sweet and spicy sauce, the sea food pancake and veggie dumplings. All of it disappeared so there are no photos.
The three times I've been to Comon for dinner, I really enjoyed the food. My favourite dishes are the seafood pajeon and, the soy sauce and garlic fried chicken. They're both crispy and so full of flavour. I will definitely and happily return here in the future.

Loved this place. Quite a few varieties and filling. Nice experience for Korean popular food with reasonable price. Will be nice to try more snacks here.
Amazing fried chicken, crispy and not at all greasy. Very friendly staff and good ambiance. Will definitely go again!
