"I’m well aware that your ice cream is fantastic and your chocolates are irresistible. However, during our last visit, my wife and I ordered a single scoop of ice cream, and we found the portion to be rather small. We've been loyal customers for decades, and we’re not accustomed to receiving such limited servings. All of your competitors are quite generous, and it doesn’t really cost more to provide a little extra. This is why I’m giving you four stars instead of five. Perhaps we should have mentioned this at the time, but if I were the owner, I would advise my young staff that serving small portions is not good for business."

Conrad's Confectionery is a must-visit gem in New Jersey. Whether you're in the mood for their homemade candies (the dark chocolate lemon is absolutely incredible) or looking to cool off with some ice cream, you can't go wrong here. Every choice is a great one at this place!
The homemade ice cream and handcrafted candies at this restaurant are fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely passionate about their work. Their candies are uniquely made with care, and they offer wonderful platters that are perfect for parties. Additionally, they have an ice cream truck that makes an appearance at our kids' high school football games, which is always a favorite among everyone—who doesn't love real homemade, artisanal ice cream? This place is a perfect addition to any party or outdoor event!
I just had the most delicious chocolate malted shake ever! I felt like such a happy kid again when I treated myself to an ice cream for lunch versus the usual ? so glad I did! The service was so friendly, it?s truly rare to see people genuinely happy to serve you, and I can?t believe how fast it was made. Conrad?s will definitely be on my list of things to do next time I am in Westwood. :
