I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant equipment company. I called them because I am opening a Restaurant Bar in Nassau County, New York and needed kitchen and bar equipment. The lady who answered the phone had a bad attitude and was questioning me about where I was calling from. She told me to wait while she got off the phone. I felt unwelcome, possibly because of my Caribbean accent. Unfortunately, they missed out on a $60,000 business opportunity.
The customer service at this restaurant was unpleasant. I contacted the company as a restaurant and bar owner in Westchester County, New York, in search of a supplier for my kitchen and bar equipment. When I called, a woman answered rudely and abruptly. When I inquired about making an appointment, she told me to hold on and then abruptly hung up. I'm not sure if it was because of my Caribbean accent, but I did not feel very welcomed. In the end, I only spent $60,000 in this place.
We have bought multiple items for our company from Continental, including commercial restaurant equipment. Juan, Monika, and the delivery team are all highly professional and well-informed about the products they offer. I highly recommend Continental Restaurant Supply for any commercial business in need of equipment or supplies for their food service operation.

Excellent service and pricing. The showroom has a great variety of knives, cookware and disposables. I highly recommend them.
