Went for endless shrimp, our waiter kept avoiding our table, never asked how we were doing, if we needed anything after initially introducing herself as our waitress. I had to constantly call her over and see seemed annoyed by that. For the endless shrimp, the waitress act as if I’m asking her to bring the shrimp from her house, everytime I ordered more. She told me I could only order one at a time, I said ok, understandable. Then when she brought what I ordered which took forever!!!! I had a horrible experience not with the food or atmosphere but with the waitress.First off instead of writing things down to ensure its accuracy she tried to memorize everything and ended up forgetting meaningful things such as water extra dressing sour cream ,lemons etc which we specifically told her we needed from the start.then when she forgot things it took long to get them to us.We took to go food home and she got the order messed up and forget French fries and other things we specifically requested. I have never dined in at this location, so can’t speak on the service for that. I usually order takeout and the food is always ready when I arrive, fresh and hot. The takeout hosts and hostesses are super friendly every time. Last time I went I was in the neighborhood so didn’t place the order online but went in. Since I was waiting for the food (13 mins) every single staff member came over to me and ask if I needed anything, offered free drinks, etc… They went above and beyond and I wasn’t even there long. I would definitely recommend this Red Lobster if you’re craving seafood and want excellent customer service.
The staff at this restaurant was incredibly kind and attentive. Despite being very busy, they provided top-notch service. Pamela, the hostess, was wonderful and seated us with special accommodations. Our server, Nicole, was kind and attentive, making sure to alert me to order grilled salmon for my son, who has shellfish allergies. The manager, Dorothy, was also caring and ensured that our dining experience was great. She handled situations with ease, keeping customers and staff happy. Thank you to all the ladies for a wonderful dining experience. We will definitely be back soon!

We waited for approximately 30 minutes, but the food was worth the wait. The service was exceptional, especially from our server Nichole. She was incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. Nichole even suggested ways for us to save money, such as ordering fries and chicken tenders from the kids menu for our little one instead of an adult meal. Her kindness truly enhanced our dining experience. We will definitely be coming back.
The food was decent, but the service and ambience were terrible. My friends and I were placed at a table in the corner of the restaurant where we were ignored by the waitstaff, despite there being other vacant tables. It took 20 minutes to place our order and 50 more minutes for our food to be served. We had to ask for more water multiple times and it took a long time to receive it. I would not recommend this restaurant.
I was craving shrimp something, so I decided to return to Red Lobster after not having gone in years. There was a wait, first due to staffing, then due to us wanting a booth. A plus, all staff were pleasant and communicated well. They had drink specials, which was also a plus, even though I didn't indulge. Our waiter, Eddie, was efficient, but moving so fast; gotta show down Eddie
Red Lobster has always been average at best but the quality of their food has taken a dive. My main course of garlic/ butter crab legs was tasteless and the presentation was horrible. I like garlic but there were so many huge pieces that I had to push them off to eat my meal, who's idea was it to serve like that? I don't think I'll be returning again.

Tasty food as expected. can get busy, tho not surprising. Nice dim lighting, plenty of very different spots to sit at. great for regular date nights
