I had a very disappointing experience with the food I ordered. It didn’t match the menu description at all; several items were missing. The quality of the meat was shockingly poor. I would never have chosen such low-quality meat or lamb; instead of the tender lamb chops I expected, I received dry lumps of meat, and the steak was just tough, stringy pieces of beef. The chicken legs were served without a single thigh, which had been specifically mentioned on the menu. Overall, the quality was terrible, and it took much longer than anticipated to get my order. To make matters worse, there were no napkins, utensils, or anything provided. I will not recommend or order from this place again.
I had a reservation for 8:30 I arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes before my reservation and I checked it with the host and she said there was three people ahead of us and I said okay no problem, after the three people past I thought we were next but it wasn’t like that she actually passed around ten more tables after the three we were supposed to wait for. People kept arriving and they were sat down before my partner and I, I asked twice how much longer they kept saying “ you’re next”. They sat us down at 9:20. I loved going to Fogo but I’m not sure about the service with the host service. Overall the food was delicious and our servers were amazing.
This was a really disappointing location. Despite having reservations, we waited 45 minutes to be seated. The place was absolutely packed and there weren’t enough servers for the amount of people there. We didn’t get our money’s worth because they weren’t bringing the steak and other meat pieces frequently enough. I got a total of 5 small pieces of meat. We ended up mostly eating from the salad bar. The staff were super friendly, but this place was such a disappointment and for the price, it was not worth it.
Overrated! The service was slow and the food was tasteless. Had to add a ton of salt to all the meat. The buffet was a joke. Most of the food looked like it was sitting around for a while. Only went up to the buffet once as there wasn’t anything appealing that warranted a return. In my opinion don’t believe the hype.

Very good food. The hostess’s being overwhelmed with over booking did a phenomenal job was extremely polite to make sure everyone is seated. Food was delicious the waiters were very nice, I asked for specific meats the temperature got them. Only suggestion is not to so overbook on Saturday nights.
the place clearly doesn’t know how to manage capacity/ reservations. took over an hour to be seated. the place was overrun and open table still showed reservations for the current time. i had been optimistic about the experience but won’t be back
Our family had a wonderful birthday celebration at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and helped make our celebration unforgettable.
The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. I highly recommend it for special occasions.
