During our lengthy drive home from Florida to North Carolina, we found ourselves hungry after six hours of travel and decided to stop at Cookout. They took our order promptly and delivered our hot meals without delay. The staff was friendly, and everything was correct with our order. The food was absolutely delicious! My husband particularly enjoyed the onion rings, while I savored the cheeseburger. After a week-long cruise with no decent burgers on the ship, I was thrilled to finally have a good one! Thank you, Cookout, for providing a satisfying and quick meal.
We had a great experience at the restaurant today, thanks to the friendly cashier and the incredibly fast service—our food was ready just a few minutes after we ordered. The interior decor is stunning, featuring comfortable wood-inspired paneling, warm colors, and a welcoming ambiance. I’ve never seen a Cookout with such impressive decor before; it’s definitely the best! Plus, there’s plenty of parking available on-site.
The cooking oil needs to be changed more frequently. The portion of onion rings is too small, and the rings themselves are very tiny.

I unexpectedly walked in with a busload of varsity baseball and softball players after the immersion area had closed. The manager came out and graciously offered to open up for us. She was very welcoming! The food was outstanding!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, which was also very affordable! Since we were new to the area and had never heard of this restaurant before, we decided to give it a try, and we were not disappointed!
This was my first experience at this restaurant. I had heard wonderful things about it, but unfortunately, I found the food to be poorly prepared during my visit.
It was absolutely amazing! I've attended many cookouts before, but I was never really wowed until this one. The food was superb, and the service was exceptional!
The food is outstanding, and the milkshakes are delightfully creamy. In summary, I would give the food a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 5.
