Coolinary - Réservation de table

I've been a regular at this restaurant for years, but my experience tonight was quite disappointing. I arrived an hour early to enjoy a cocktail, only to be informed that they now have a new policy prohibiting drinks at the bar. Instead, there was a waiting list for bar seating. I had to go elsewhere for a glass of wine. About ten minutes before my reservation, I received a text that my table was ready. However, when I arrived, I was told the table wasn’t actually ready, and they offered me a seat in the back by the bathroom instead. This experience has left me very disappointed in one of my favorite restaurants.

Recommended by a local, we went for dinner while on a weekend in Jupiter. We were very impressed with this unassuming, relatively small bar/restaurant. The lamb hummus was delicious, served with house made pita. The pork chop was great as well and served with a pavéed potato side. Great selection of wine and spirits and a nice cocktail list as well. I look forward to returning next time I'm visiting the area.

The old Coolinary and Parched Pig were at their best when they operated separately. After they merged, the dining and bar crowds were crammed together, with one side becoming reservation-only. Now, you can’t even find a spot at the bar without joining a waitlist, and you have to wait outside since there’s no standing room or cozy seating. It really killed the vibe. Fantastic location with excellent drinks and specials. It's a perfect spot for happy hour on a Friday! It's usually quite busy, so be prepared for a bit of a wait. Réservez une table maintenant
