The food was pronominal! We ordered Mahi Mahi and Salmon. The wine we enjoyed was included on the Wine Time list and was smooth and a perfect complement to our meal. My intent was to only have water with my meal, however, our waitress explained our choices so well. I decided to try a glass of the red. That ended up with me enjoying an additional glass too. I do not regret it one bit! Our waitress was kind, sweet, knowledgeable, and smiled a lot! Love that! While making the online reservation, I included the fact that our visit was for a birthday. Why is it necessary to seat two people in the midst of four large party groups? That is what happened to us yesterday. My husband and I went out for a quiet lunch and could not even talk to each other. The four tables were very loud and we were seated right in the middle of them. Aside from that, the server was more interested in their orders than ours. I understand the tip would most likely be better on tables of six than two. In addition, my chicken Parmesan was a joke. The pieces were so tiny and thin that they were dried out and hard. I am not joking when I say I cut the pieces in half to eat them. That is how small they were. Come on now. Cooper's Hawk has yet to disappoint us. The consistency in service and quality of food is at a high level and has stayed that way since we had our first dinner there over 5 years ago. Every dish I have ordered has been delicious and I have never had a problem with my order. We also add our special occasion notes to our reservation and often times receive champagne or desert compliments of Cooper's Hawk. This has been our favorite date night spot for our anniversary and birthdays and it will continue to be.
Started out amazing, but as it got busier we were seemingly forgotten. Our dinners took forever to get and it was clear there was not enough waitstaff. My medium steak was for sure medium rare. I would not have sent it back but didn't even have a chance to tell anyone because no one came by. Ordered the kids scoop of ice cream and it took 20 minutes to get. We love the servers at this location! But, special shout out to our server Linda who.did any amazing job taking care of us. She is so bubbly, efficient, and helpful! We love Casey as well! He has taken great care of us in the past and even stopped by to say hello when he heard we were here tonight. Linda and Casey make us feel like we are family!
We recently visited with our family of five. Our food was excellent and our server, Robert, was attentive. We had a table in the back room, which is quieter than the main room. We enjoyed a variety of dishes, side dishes and desserts, and all were wonderful. If you're looking for a nicer meal that won't break the budget, I'd highly recommend.
